DARTY Nice Nord Notre Dame

We went there to replace our 9-year-old under-counter integrated washing machine. Since we needed it quickly, we had to choose from what was in stock. Paul gave us excellent advice on the available brands and took the time to answer all our questions, both mine and my wife’s. Overall, it was a great purchasing experience, and we’re very satisfied—not only with the sale itself but also with the after-sales options, like the Darty programs that help keep your equipment in top working condition.

One of the worst customer service experiences, they may have a return policy, but they make it almost impossible to return an item, in the end I just had to give up, after waiting over 30 mins on two consecutive days. The store was practically empty, 3 cashiers, sitting idle at the till, with one very long return line. Something seriously operationally wrong in this store

the worst darty ever ! they let me buy airpods pro 2 for 230€ and they are apparently reconditioned which means were used before and the sales person who told me to buy it he didnr explain that way, so i bought them and opened the box realized that they don’t even have the apple box “ the original one “ so i came back to tell them i wanna return them the sales person was so kind and said that he was sorry for misunderstanding and tried to ask the responsable they were rude and they said no because u opened them, and i literally just bought them and didn’t even use them and told them that i didn’t know that and i didn’t wanna pay that much amount if they were not the original.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came to the store and asked for advice on a ac and was sold a model I can not use. After trying to exchange it for another model I was met with no help. They refused to exchange eventhough it was them who adviced me to a useless model. Don’t buy your things here! Regardless of what is promised online - this is the lying answer from the shop when you try to exchange an unused item.

I have never posted a review before. We went in to purchase a stovetop. We asked specifically for a model that was “in stock”. We selected. Delivery which included installation was to be in 10 days with a specific date and time window given. Darty was a no show. Back to the store, a man who may have been a manager, was apologetic but promised on Tuesday. I went to double check on Monday. They assured- yes Tuesday. Darty no show again. When we went to resolve on Tuesday, a helpful woman worker let us know that the product was still back ordered. We decided to try to trade out for a model that was “in stock”. We were less successful with a male worker who seemed to care less. The helpful woman worker assisted in refunding our credit card. Sadly, no more Darty for us, I guess.
